FORMAX 2000 advances original FORMAX by raising performance and precision to an even higher level. The FORMAX 2000 design combines Zero-Clearance Heading Slide guiding, offline setup and advanced computer controls into a forming system that delivers close-toleranced parts to net or near net shape.

Quick Changeover
		Changeover begins with the removal of the old FORMAPAK and the installation of the new. The FORMAPAK is one unit that incorporates the Diepak, Punchpak, transfer, transfer camshaft, cutter and quill. After the installation of the FORMAPAK, computer controls ease the adjustment of machine settings. Motor drives make accurate and repeatable kick out adjustments during this automated process.
Precision Alignment
		Linear feeding is so accurate it eliminates overfeeding, feed roll slipping and the need for a stock gauge. FORMAX 2000's zero clearance transfer system moves blanks across the dies. With the Zero Clearance Heading Slide Guidance systems, FORMAX 2000 precisely aligns punches to dies. Part concentricities are held to tolerances once thought impossible.
