The National Machinery LLC exhibit at wire 2010 (Hall 15, Booth A 45) will be focused on both our global presence as a cold forming leader and dedication to advanced tooling technologies and concepts.
While visiting our booth you will be greeted by a comprehensive team of sales representatives and engineers, ready to guide you through our many offerings and help direct you to the product or service that will be of the most benefit to you.
Included in our exhibit will be new machine technology, such as the LeanFX10M5 machine, which will be a fully functional 5 die machine producing double ended studs at high speeds. The economical LeanFX models are geared toward producing parts in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Ideally suited for long production runs, LeanFX is equipped with simplified features to be more affordable. LeanFX is designed by National Machinery headquarters in Tiffin, but built by it’s wholly owned National Machinery Group Technologies(NMGT) facility in Suzhou, China. There, National Machinery personnel use the latest machine tools, inspection, assembly, and testing practices to ensure the highest level of quality. National Machinery experts in the areas of engineering, machining, assembly, and quality are stationed at NMGT to ensure the “National” quality of any product. LeanFX has the same high-quality FORMAX features and components such as linear feed, zero-clearance heading slide and straight-across transfer. The machine is based on simplicity and with-out quick change so options are minimal. Feed and kickout adjustments are all manual adjustments, and other features such as the conveyor have been simplified into a combined good parts and scrap magnetic conveyor. The most recent development for the LeanFX is the expansion of machine models. The LeanFX family has grown to cover a large range of models and die configurations to fit any fastener producer’s needs. Machine sizes include:
LeanFX8 – in 2, 3, 4 and 5 dies
LeanFX10 – in 2, 3, 4 and 5 dies
LeanFX14 – in 4 and 5 dies
LeanFX18 – in 4 and 5 dies
National Machinery’s booth will also feature a dedicated presentation area for our advanced development technology group, Met-MAX Innovations. They are a team of experienced engineers and tool development personnel who have the ability to make challenging and once thought impossible part shapes possible. Met-MAX product applications can cover a full spectrum of industries such as aerospace, construction, automotive, electronics, agriculture, industrial, and specialty. The main criteria for the part, is simply that it is made of a formable metal material. The key component that Met-MAX brings to any part application is the opportunity to make the part to a better shape or more efficiently, saving money in the manufacturing process.
