We are looking for an experienced go-getter who is willing to purchase materials for our company. Strong communication skills are needed to interact with suppliers, engineers, supervisors, assembly floor, materials and inspection personnel. Must have strong technical skills – blueprint reading and metallurgy skills are needed to be able to obtain quotations, negotiate prices and deliveries, and evaluate vendor’s services. We need a person with a background in manufacturing who is a self-starter and has a sense of urgency about working to schedules. Associate degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing technology preferred.
