HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
Responsible for providing and assisting with a variety of human resources services including training, benefits administration, employee relations, health promotion activities, compliance with legal and corporate guidelines, maintenance of job descriptions, managing data and reports, safety activities, special events and activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or comparable experience.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have strong computer skills – Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five years experience in Human Resources manufacturing environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Office environment with frequent manufacturing shop exposure.
