National Machinery LLC is pleased to announce that as of the September acquisition of Cleaning Technologies Group, LLC. (CTG) of Cincinnati, OH, USA, it can now offer a complete line of parts cleaning equipment to its cold forming customer base. The acquisition by NM Group Global, the parent company of National Machinery, includes the two Operating Divisions of CTG, Ransohoff of Cincinnati, OH, USA, and Blackstone~Ney Ultrasonics of Jamestown, NY, USA. National’s global sales force will assume responsibility for representation of the CTG Product Line to its existing customer base and prospects in the cold forming/fastener industry. In addition of this established product line further enhances National’s position as an industry leader in technology, quality, and service.

The technical center consists of a fully equipped analytical laboratory with comprehensive process development and equipment demo capabilities, allowing for the performance of extensive “real world” trials on customer’s parts to determine the optimal process parameters and equipment selection criteria for each application. In addition, verification that the developed process meets the required cleanliness specifications can be performed in Ransohoff’s certified cleaning room.

Ransohoff Parts Washers come in many varieties to handle all types of cleaning challenges. They use heavy gauge construction, premium components and the latest in spray system and dry-off technology to produce consistently high-quality cleaning results over an extended machine life, even in the harshest of industrial environments. Ransohoff’s Lean-Drum, Lean Veyor, and Lean-Jet lines are engineered for lean/cellular manufacturing in a small energy efficient package. The equipment is designed for easy installation, relocation, cleaning and servicing. All are made to order and manufactured in Ransohoff’s Lean production lines, providing quick deliveries at a most affordable price.

For larger-volume and centralized cleaning applications, Ransohoff parts washers can meet the demands of each uniqueapplication, in either standard of custom configurations. Drum, conveyor and rotary basket washers can be manufacture to clean a wide variety of cold forming parts.

Ransohoff’s PRO-SEP is an advanced technology oil control system, and not just another method of oil skimming. PRO-SEP assures maximum life of your cleaning solution by automatically separating and removing all nonsoluble oils from aqueous washer solutions. PRO-SEP will allow you to realize significant cost savings in chemicals, maintenance labor and energy, all while realizing more consistent part cleanliness results. PRO-SEP Ultra is similar to the standard unit, but adds ultrafiltration of the solution baht. Each PRO-SEP unit can be integrated with new equipment or purchased as a self-contained unit designed to interface with your existing washer.

Ransohoff also offers a wide variety of aftermarket services for virtually any parts washer, including repair/replacement parts, machine service and repair, machine upgrades and rebuilding.
