Customized Cold Formers

Microformers, 245 Forming Centers, and FXC8, are a combination of standard automated cold formers and FORMAX Technology. They feature computerized controls, preset computer-controlled kick and feed, expanded length range without replacing parts as well as many other innovations to increase productivity. For maximum flexibility, one machine can have three different transfer systems that are quick and easy to change. And since these formers produce short to long work with different transfers, it reduces the need for several different formers normally required to handle a wide variety of part shapes. This can mean a profound savings in capital investment.
