(In order to be eligible for enrollment in the seminar a Non-Disclosure Agreement must be completed for
INSTRUCTIONS: Download and complete the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Scan or photograph the completed NDA to create a .jpg or .pdf file. Fill in all of the fields on the registration form below, then follow instructions to upload the .jpg or .pdf file of the completed NDA at the bottom of this page. Click submit.
Fees must be received in full in along with your completed Registration and NDA form.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made up to two weeks before seminar begins. Cancellations received less than two weeks before the seminar are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Confirmed participants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the entire seminar fee. Confirmation of your attendance will be made to the first contact address or email, fax or phone number listed on your registration form, not your mailing address. A substitution can be made at any time and should be submitted in writing.
IN THE SEMINAR FEE:
The fee includes all seminar materials, two lunches at National, and dinner the evening of the first day of the seminar. Travel and living expenses are not included.
All sessions are held in our plant at 161 Greenfield Street, Tiffin, Ohio. They will begin promptly at 8:00 AM on the dates indicated and end at approximately 4:00 PM the last day.

When making your reservations, please be sure to mention that you are a National Machinery seminar attendee. A special rate is available for attendees.

Seminars are four half-day live online courses.
Preregistration is required.
Each participant must sign a non disclosure agreement. (Download NDA)
Each registration is valid for ONE participant.
Registration closes seven days prior to the seminar start date.
Seminar materials will be mailed to the participant prior to the seminar.
We recommend attending the seminar via dual or large wide screen computer with webcam capability.
Attendees need to be available online for course instruction beginning promptly at 7 a.m. EST and concluding at 11 a.m EST.
Seminars will not be recorded and distributed at a later time.
Refunds will not be granted for missing a course.
